About the Role Join the Greenwich Farm at Warwick team as Dining Room Manager. You will oversee dining room operations, ensure meals are delivered to residents with care, and lead a team of dining room staff to deliver high-quality service in a supportive environment. What You'll Do
- Ensure dining area is clean, table clothes are ironed, napkins neatly folded, and cutlery and glasses are clean.
- Ensure dining area is cleaned and prepped for the next meal service; account for all residents during meals and report any no-shows to management.
- Maintain proper staffing of wait staff and ensure staff are properly dressed; schedule dining room staff.
- Ensure all room service meals are delivered to residents’ apartments and picked up after meals.
- Interview, hire, and train new dining room staff. What We're Looking For
