About the Role Semrush Consulting Services helps enterprise customers accelerate platform adoption and drive measurable value across SEO, GEO, content strategy, and broader digital marketing. The Digital Strategy Consultant partners with clients to design and execute transformational SEO and GEO strategies, building scalable operating models and governance to embed SEO/GEO into the marketing ecosystem. What You'll Do
- Lead structured discovery engagements to assess SEO and GEO maturity, operating models, workflows, and organizational readiness; synthesize insights into executive-ready recommendations and multi-quarter roadmaps.
- Design scalable governance frameworks and operating models, establishing standards for workflows, accountability, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Content.
