Section: Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, social media, email, and phone.
- Assist customers with product enquiries, recommendations, pricing, availability, and orders.
- Create and process customer orders through the e-commerce/order management system.
- Make outbound calls to confirm orders, clarify information, and provide updates.
- Confirm customer availability and delivery addresses.
- Coordinate communication between customers and the delivery/logistics team.
- Follow up on pending, delayed, or completed orders.
- Handle customer complaints professionally, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Maintain accurate customer and order records.
Section: Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in customer service, customer support, sales, e-commerce, or a related role.
