About the Role ORTEC is seeking a Digital Demand Generation Lead to build and mature ORTEC Workforce Management's digital demand generation capability, connecting market awareness, customer engagement, and commercial impact into a scalable growth engine across industries and geographies. You will report to the SVP Marketing and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Business Development to create measurable commercial impact and sustainable growth. What You'll Do
- Build and mature a scalable digital demand generation capability
- Establish scalable and repeatable demand generation practices
- Develop lifecycle and nurture strategies that support long and complex buying journeys
- Improve digital engagement, conversion, and audience targeting
