About the job
Own and optimize Diffusion processes. Maintain SPC performance and achieve process capability targets. Lead process troubleshooting, excursion investigation and MRB activities. Drive corrective and preventive actions. Drive Line Yield and PFY improvement through statistical analysis, DOE execution and process optimization. Lead cost reduction projects including consumable optimization, cycle time reduction and equipment utilization improvement. Support NPI, technology transfer, cross-functional continuous improvement projects.
About you Bachelor or university degree in Engineering At least two years of experience. Strong knowledge of Diffusion processes including Oxidation, Drive, deposition, LPCVD. Familiar with SPC, DOE, FMEA, Control Plan and process capability analysis
