About this role
About the Role Development Graduate Assistant is responsible for supporting fundraising initiatives for the athletics department. This includes planning donor events, game day hospitality, calling prospects, organizing direct mail appeals, assisting in crowdfunding campaigns, distributing membership benefits and other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Development. What You'll Do
- Assist with all aspects of the annual giving program for UIW Athletics; identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors with a focus on acquiring and retaining yearly renewable gifts.
- Assist with implementing and executing a year-long appeals calendar.
- Support sport-specific fundraising activities and events.
- Help plan a donor relations program, game day hospitality and other stewardship activities.
