Job Title: Desktop Technician Level I
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and maintains desktop and workstation equipment and software including telephones (std & VOIP), desktop/laptop computers (WIN7, WIN10, MAC OS), and printers.
- Handles equipment moves with little or no supervision.
- Able to identify, analyze and resolve basic troubleshooting items but defers to supervisor or Level 1 tech for more complex hardware issues.
- Able to answer basic user questions about equipment features.
- Has basic knowledge of the organization's equipment and associated software and services.
- Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed.
