About the Role As a member of Miro’s Design team, you’ll contribute to a beloved product used by millions, with opportunities for growth and impact. The role supports two continuous growth tracks—Individual Contributor or People Manager—and involves collaborating with company leadership to drive strategic initiatives. The team is global and dedicated to inclusive design, including accessibility to AA guidelines. What You'll Do
- For Individual Contributor: Continuously develop your design craft; mentor new and junior designers; expand your scope and impact on business-critical projects; lead strategic initiatives in collaboration with company leadership.
- For People Manager: Focus on development and coaching of your team; stay close to project decision-making to enable the right path; hire and grow a team of experts. What We're Looking For
