About the Role Join Splitsville as a Deputy Manager to lead a fast-paced, guest-focused centre. You will be trained across lanes, the bar and diner, and the amusements, supporting the Centre Manager and ensuring a fun, safe environment while delivering strong financial targets and service standards. What You'll Do
- Be trained across all key areas of the busy centre (lanes, bar, diner, amusements) and support the Centre Manager with back-of-house duties while running front-of-house operations.
- Lead hands-on operations across the four key result areas: lanes, bar, diner and amusements, delivering service excellence and financial performance.
- Inspire and develop the team to provide outstanding service, create memorable guest experiences, and foster opportunities for career growth.
