About the Role ZF's Commercial Vehicle Solutions CVS division is seeking a Deputy Manager to help shape the future of mobility from the Mahindra World City, Chennai site. You will work on product drawings, process documentation and line improvement initiatives to drive reliable assembly performance. What You'll Do
- Understand product drawings and develop Detailed PFDs, PFMEAs, Control Plans and Work Instructions.
- Drive capacity enhancements and optimize VA Assembly processes (Pressing, Tightening, Leak testing, Performance testing) and implement coupling/decoupling operations.
- Design and implement pneumatic and electrical circuits for end-of-line new machines, develop fixtures, validate and prove out in line.
- Address perennial quality issues in ongoing assembly lines and prove assembly processes through capability studies (MSA).
