About the Role Deputy Manager Customer Experience & Sales reports to the Store Manager and helps drive store performance and client experience by guiding the Sales Team with training, coaching, and feedback. This role combines leadership, coaching, and hands-on selling to maintain an engaging shopping environment in Calvin Klein/TOMMY HILFIGER at PVH. What You'll Do
- Ensure a positive selling environment by overseeing the selling process and creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
- Set daily goals for customer service to enhance the overall experience, emphasizing responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Train and coach the team on standards including customer service, product placement, and efficient time management.
- Assist in goal setting and verification to align with quantitative and qualitative objectives.
