About the Role The Department Manager will oversee daily operations at Flecha Cantina in Las Vegas, ensuring high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance while leading a team in a fast-paced elevated-dining environment. What You'll Do
- Manage operations and daily restaurant activities, ensuring smooth and compliant service
- Lead and develop staff, maintain strong guest relations, and uphold company standards
- Monitor performance metrics, control costs, and ensure safety and health compliance What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in elevated dining
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and restaurant management platforms
- Valid Food Handler certification and California RBS (or obtain within 30 days) Nice to Have
- Familiarity with restaurant management platforms, POS systems, and financial reporting
