Dental Financial Insurance Coordinator
Post Falls Perio and Implants We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dental Financial Insurance Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying insurance coverage, managing claims and pre-authorizations, and serving as a key point of contact for patients regarding their insurance benefits. Your expertise will help ensure accurate billing and a seamless financial experience for our patients.
Schedule: Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 4:30
Responsibilities
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits prior to appointments
- Submit insurance claims and pre-authorizations in a timely and accurate manner
- Follow up on outstanding claims and resolve denials or discrepancies
- Educate patients on their insurance coverage, co-pays, deductibles, and financial responsibilities
