About the Role We are seeking a motivated part-time Dental Assistant to join VNACJ Community Health Center (VNACJ CHC) in Monmouth County, serving patients across Asbury Park, Red Bank, Keyport, and Freehold. As the float Dental Assistant, you will prepare treatment rooms, patients, instruments, and materials; assist chairside during procedures; and ensure care is delivered in compliance with the Dental Practice Act. You’ll help create a positive patient experience in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. What You'll Do
- Supports organization’s mission by striving for excellence in all aspects of their job with a focus on positive interpersonal relationship with co-workers
- Assists the Dentists and Dental Practice Manager in developing, implementing and evaluating the operation strategies of the Dental Center
