About the Role
Lubrizol is seeking a Demand Controller for Europe to ensure the accuracy, stability, and transparency of short-term demand signals (2–12 weeks) to support operational execution. You’ll analyze customer forecasts and sales orders, collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production Scheduling, and identify risks and opportunities to keep plans aligned. - Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Production Scheduling to align constrained demand plans and adjustments
- Identify risks and opportunities by monitoring demand patterns and ensuring updates are data-driven
