About the Role The Delivery Specialist delivers purchased merchandise to customers within the assigned market, aiming to provide a Legendary Customer Experience by building trusted relationships, offering guidance, ensuring safe delivery, handling returns, and resolving issues. What You'll Do
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance and ensure deliveries meet scheduled times.
- Operate and maintain delivery vehicle and equipment (including trailer when needed); load/unload and organize products safely.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections; keep accurate delivery records and promptly address issues.
- Communicate with customers during delivery to provide updates and resolve concerns; deliver excellent customer service.
- Partner with field sales and store personnel to satisfy customer needs; handle all products with care and comply with traffic laws and company policies.
