About the Team: You will join the Delivery Management track within Technology & Data Delivery Enablement, leading Agile squad(s) to enable predictable, high-quality delivery. The Delivery Owner, Associate Director is a squad-facing role and leader within the Delivery Management track of Technology & Data Delivery Enablement, enabling predictable delivery for an Agile squad(s). This role ensures predictable execution, proactive dependency management, and continuous evolution of ways of working. While evolving beyond traditional Scrum Master responsibilities, this role remains deeply rooted in Agile values with coaching at its core. This position operates within a culture of agility, accountability, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.
