About the Role
As a Delivery Practice Manager (DPM) in AWS ProServe, you will lead a team of Delivery Consultants to help AWS enterprise customers through transformative projects. You’ll partner with customers, partners, and AWS teams to define business outcomes, shape engagements, and drive delivery execution. This role emphasizes people leadership, strategic advisory, and portfolio-level accountability for successful engagements.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage a high-performing team of Delivery Consultants
- Collaborate with Delivery Consultants, Engagement Managers, Account Executives, and Cloud Architects to deploy solutions and provide input on new features
- Develop and oversee the implementation of innovative IT strategies for customers
- Manage practice P&L and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of customer engagements
