About the Role Delivery Drivers deliver Sherwin-Williams products to customers from stores using company vans or pickup trucks. They ensure deliveries are complete, correctly packed, and safely delivered to the correct customer, while maintaining customer satisfaction and a safe driving record. What You'll Do
- Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner.
- Load customer orders properly on the truck.
- Complete required forms and prepare delivery documentation.
- Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
- Maintain the store vehicle and report repair or servicing needs.
- Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and handle complaints.
- Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules; abide by transportation laws.
- Operate company equipment such as cars, trucks, forklifts as needed.
