About the Role At Roche, the Decision Analytics Consultant leads end-to-end business analysis workstreams, transforming complex clinical or operational data into actionable insights. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, bridging technical landscapes and business outcomes to deliver demonstrable value for patients and the organization. What You'll Do
- Independently manage end-to-end BA workstreams and act as a consultant to cross-functional teams, shaping stakeholder perspectives and aligning project goals with long-term solution roadmaps.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret complex datasets (quantitative and qualitative) to inform product and UX decisions; translate user behavior, metrics, and feedback into actionable insights; leverage SQL, Excel, and Tableau.
