What you’ll do

- Handle daily loan recovery activities and customer follow-ups

- Build trust and maintain positive relationships with borrowers

- Use data analysis, communication + negotiation skills to recover funds

- Meet monthly targets individually and as a team
What we need:

- 0-2 years experience in loan recovery, collections, or customer service

- BSC, HND, OND, NCE, or SSCE/WAEC
-
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
-
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
What you’ll get:
- Base Salary: ₦55,000 – ₦75,000/month
- Performance Bonus: ₦20,000 – ₦45,000 weekly
- Weekly Airtime Allowance
- Weekly Cash Incentives up to ₦10,000
