Division: Academic Affairs Salary Range: $70,000 – $85,000 FLSA Classification: Exempt Position Type/Duration: Full Time/12 Months Position Schedule: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday (evenings and weekends required)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Lead the School of HESS programming, assessment, and accreditation efforts.
- Seek and secure external funding to support scholarly activity and coordinate fundraising and resource development.
- Recruit, retain, and develop high-quality faculty with a goal of fostering diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging.
- Recruit and retain students majoring in HESS Disciplines
- Develop, implement, and evaluate program goals, objectives, academic policies, and services that are consistent with the mission/philosophy and strategic plan.
