About the Role The DBS Leader for Diagnostics Platform, India region is responsible for bringing Danaher's continuous improvement system (DBS) to life and optimizing sustained operational performance across Diagnostics operating companies by implementing DBS tools, methods and philosophies. This role is part of the India team and based in Bangalore, reporting to the General Manager, Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, India. The objective is to develop long-term commercial operational strategies and drive efficiencies, productivity and performance to support growth while maintaining high quality and safety standards. - Drive, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams from a DBS perspective, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement; drive effective implementation and consistent application of DBS principles in India.
