About the Role OMP is seeking an experienced SQL Server Database Administrator to join the Mumbai-based Technical Services team. The role focuses on maintaining robust SQL Server databases and enabling reliable data-driven decisions as part of OMP’s supply chain optimization platform. You will be essential to delivering the right data and performance for our customers. What You'll Do
- Manage SQL Server databases, including installation, configuration, monitoring, backups, restores, and disaster recovery planning.
- Implement and enforce data security, access controls, and compliance with company standards.
- Optimize queries, indexes, and configurations to ensure performance and scalability of OMP solutions.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery strategies are in place; collaborate with cross-functional teams to support deployments.
