About the Role The SOURCEVIEW Data Lead oversees customer data operations for the SOURCEVIEW platform, located in Manila, Philippines. This role ensures high-quality, consistent, and timely execution of daily data processes, mentors junior and senior analysts, drives data governance practices, and contributes analytical insights that support MedTech’s commercial decision-making. The Data Lead plays a critical role in safeguarding data integrity and strengthening analytical capability within Global Services. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end customer case operations, ensuring timely, accurate, and consistent delivery of outputs aligned with business needs
- Review and validate datasets to maintain strong data quality, integrity, and compliance standards
