Data Intelligence Lead About the Role Join TELUS Health's Employer Canada enablement team as a Data Intelligence Lead. You'll partner with sales leaders and the enablement team to establish CRM best practices, automate reporting processes, and champion AI adoption to deliver accurate, real-time dashboards and self-serve insights that drive performance in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. What You'll Do
- Establish and champion CRM best practices across the Employer Canada team, developing frameworks, documentation, and training to enable Salesforce usage.
- Design and build intuitive dashboards and self-serve reporting capabilities that provide real-time visibility into key metrics—including attainment, pipeline health, activity, and performance—enabling quick, accurate decision-making.
