About the Role Join the Data Governance team in Bangalore as a Data Governance Analyst to help ensure high-quality customer master data across systems and support governance of customer accounts. You will focus on data quality, account setup, cleansing, relationship mapping, and hierarchy management within Salesforce and Finance systems, reporting to the Team Lead of Data Governance. What You'll Do
- Monitor and maintain customer master data quality to ensure consistent customer records across systems; identify and resolve duplicate or inconsistent account records.
- Execute data cleansing and enrichment activities; maintain accurate account hierarchies and customer relationships.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies across Salesforce, finance, and reporting systems; manage incoming data governance requests through a case management queue.
