About the Role Data Analyst (Oracle HCM Specialist) will support the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle HCM data processes for Inovalon clients. This role focuses on data integrity, analysis, and reporting to enable HR and business outcomes on a remote-capable, contract basis. What You'll Do
- Analyze and translate HR data requirements into Oracle HCM Cloud data models and mappings.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) Oracle HCM data; validate data quality and integrity.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and project teams to deliver data-driven insights.
- Troubleshoot data issues and support data migration activities.
- Provide subject matter expertise on Oracle HCM data structures. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, HRIS, or related field.
