About the Role As a Data Analyst Co-op at Motorola Solutions, you will work closely with our internal teams to support the development of processes and data-driven solutions, assist in analyzing datasets, and learn how to translate data insights into business value. What You'll Do
- Assist in conducting data analysis from multiple sources, generating reports, and presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Assist in identifying data dependencies between systems, conducting validation checks, data audits to verify integrity during the migration and integration lifecycle, and learning to resolve discrepancies
- Support data mapping, cleansing, and transformation processes to ensure consistency across source systems
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve business objectives
