About the Role The Danaher Business System Leader (DBSL) for Hardware Solutions drives the deployment and adoption of the Danaher Business System (DBS) across Cytiva’s hardware manufacturing operations. This on-site role in Medemblik, Netherlands focuses on promoting DBS tools, diagnosing process obstacles, and delivering targeted improvements in safety, quality, on-time delivery, inventory, and productivity. What You'll Do
- Partner with the VPs of Operations to drive targeted improvement in Safety, Quality, OTD, Inventory and Productivity across the 5 main manufacturing sites in Hardware Solutions, aligning with team objectives by promoting the diagnosis of process obstacles and providing expert counsel on DBS tools to address gaps in performance
- Support the Operations strategy by working closely with SOR stakeholders to execute key initiatives
