- Manage classroom environments and provide instruction
- Support students and collaborate with teachers
- Assist in various school settings, including special education and charter school contexts
- Travel to different school locations as needed What We're Looking For
- Minimum education: AA/60 credits for substitute teachers; HS/GED for instructional assistants
- Demonstrated classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to travel locally and perform essential functions
- Able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally
- MSDE teacher certificate and Spanish bilingual ability preferred Nice to Have
