About the Role The Connected Services Networks and Security Services Team Lead is responsible for execution and team management throughout the life cycle of focused consulting engagements with our valued customers in Latin America. The role combines leadership of a diverse team of engineers and consultants with hands-on delivery across Networking, Security, Virtualization and Wireless to enable a Connected Enterprise by integrating Industrial Internet of Things solutions. What You'll Do
- Collaborate to manage a team of diverse, highly qualified members and work with peers, clients, and vendors.
- Mentor team members to grow their skills and ensure successful completion of Assessments, Audits, Design, and Implementation projects.
- Lead projects across Networks, Security, Virtualization, and Wireless to enable Connected Enterprise.
