About this role
Customer Support Specialist I Horario de trabajo: Matutino
Funciones: Ejecutar y dar seguimiento a las operaciones de exportación asignadas por parte del socio comercial.
- Revisar inventarios de números de parte, capturar y cargar facturas en Portal Aduanero.
- Integrar y validar la documentación requerida para la exportación de mercancías, tales como: Facturas, Packing List, Certificados y preferencias arancelarias, expediente legal del exportador.
- Elaborar y documentar pedimentos y remesas, incluyendo glosa de pedimento y COVE.
- Gestionar el cierre de consolidados en tiempo y forma.
- Procesar validación y pago de pedimentos, y dar seguimiento a la modulación correspondiente
- Integrar costos a referencias USAC y dar seguimiento al cierre previo al despacho de los embarques de exportación.
- Digitalizar y resguardar la documentación necesaria previo a la exportación.
