What you will enjoy doing
- You will maintain ongoing relationships with regional customers and sales staff by handling calls, correcting order issues, processing orders, and resolving product or service issues
- Process sales orders and changes, confirm shipment/delivery dates, and handle cancellations
- Provide specialty gas/supplies sales and support to customers, Customer Solutions Specialists, and the outside sales team
- You will use business software systems to retrieve customer information, verify inventory levels, and process orders
- Verify customer credit status and complete paperwork for issuing credits or debits
- You will provide quotes and assistance to sales force and management within set parameters
