Prestigious Consulting Group is hiring a Customer Service Supervisor in Lagos. The role requires a Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Mass Communication, or a related field, and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in customer service within an electronics showroom, consumer electronics retail store, home appliance company, LG showroom, or a similar electronics environment. The candidate should have proven experience handling customer complaints, warranty issues, and after-sales service processes, and experience supervising or coordinating customer service teams. Exposure to multi-branch or retail operations is an added advantage.
