Job Duties
- Supervise a team of Franchisees to ensure excellent customer service is provided
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer requirements and complaints
- Co-ordinates and controls the work of those within customer services departments
- Discusses customer responses with other managers with a view to improving the product or service provided
- Plans and co-ordinates the operations of help and advisory services to provide support for customers and users
- Analyze customer service data and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Franchise territory development
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle escalated customer inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
