- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Ability to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must reside around Sapele Road, GRA, or nearby areas in Benin City
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in Google Docs (especially Sheets) and CRM software
- Experience in a customer-focused environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
