About the Role As a Customer Service Representative in Las Vegas, you will be the key liaison between customers and Cosentino, delivering excellent service and supporting sales through inquiries on pricing, product availability, lead times, delivery schedules, orders, invoicing and collections. This role offers a multinational environment and opportunities to work on a variety of projects. What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain customer relationships by handling operative responsibilities and providing timely information on orders and deliveries.
- Process, monitor, and follow up on customer purchasing orders; provide material delivery information and update order status; inform customers and the sales team of discrepancies.
- Communicate about lead times, product availability, and pricing; maintain excellent customer service through prompt, friendly communication.
