About this role
The LCBO is seeking a Casual Customer Service Representative in Chapleau, Ontario. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will make a positive impression on customers and assist with the sale of wine, beer, and spirits. The role is on-site and focused on delivering a best-in-class customer experience through engagement, product knowledge, and efficient service.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and share product knowledge to provide an excellent shopping experience, whether at the computerized cash registers or on the store floor.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to interact positively with customers, co-workers, wholesale and trade representatives.
- Assist with receiving inventory, unloading trucks, handling products, replenishing stock, and maintaining Customer Ready Standards.
