About this role
HBM Nigeria Plc is seeking a Customer Service & Planning Officer for its A&C operations to support customer service, logistics and planning activities across specified locations.

- Lagos Island (Epe)
- Port Harcourt
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, planning, operations coordination, or related functions.
- Experience in manufacturing, construction materials, logistics, or industrial operations is preferred.
- Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
