About the Role KIRCHHOFF Automotive Romania is seeking a customer-focused logistics professional to manage end-to-end order follow-up, deliveries and export documentation, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient supply of finished goods.
What You'll Do
- Follow-up on customer requests and maintain high customer satisfaction; notify on stock or delivery-impacting situations
- Ensure delivery of finished products on time and post deliveries in SAP
- Monitor and analyze daily customer orders for series production and spare parts
- Track delivery performance (scorecards, complaints) and prepare reports per internal/global standards
- Optimize service levels through coordinated warehousing and delivery; manage container flow and export documentation
- Prepare necessary customs documentation for export
