About the Role The Customer Order Specialist at Signify is responsible for efficient order management, processing customer orders accurately, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth fulfillment and delivery, and resolving inquiries to maintain high customer satisfaction. This role sits at the heart of our order-to-cash process and supports continuous improvement in ordering and delivery activities. What You'll Do
- Accepts and validates sales orders by checking references and validating relevant information.
- Support Continuous Improvement of Order Management Processes to ensure high Customer Satisfaction with special attention to Ordering & Delivery aspects.
- Manages manual order creation for complex projects, including milestone delivery and billing schedules.
