About the Role Join Tetra Pak as a Customer Master Data Driver, responsible for governing and structuring Customer Master Data to underpin operations and transformation. You will lead global governance, collaborate across markets, IT, and process organizations, and drive continuous data quality improvements. Based in Lund, Sweden, this role reports to the Commercial Projects & Integration Manager within Value Stream Customer Management. What You'll Do
- Ensure quality, structure, and governance of Customer Master Data globally
- Lead alignment from the Value Stream with Process Office, MDM team, and Global IM on development priorities, roles, and responsibilities
- Future-proof Customer Master Data through projects and gap initiatives based on business and organizational needs
- Develop and manage reporting and follow-up metrics to continuously improve Customer data quality
