As a Master Data Coordinator II, you will be the guardian of our customer data accuracy, directly impacting enterprise operations, compliance, and customer experience. You will govern customer master data across our core systems, solve complex data issues, and ensure order-to-cash processes run smoothly. This role is for you if you treat clean data as a critical deliverable and thrive on ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What You'll Do
- Create, update, validate, block/unblock, and deactivate customer master data records in source and MDM systems (e.g., Oracle EBS, Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent ERP/CRM/MDM platforms) in line with defined data standards and SLAs.
