Inside the Role
Within Customer Application Engineering (CAE) you'll be at the center of the truck order fulfillment process, partnering with Dealers, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, and field teams to transform customer requirements into accurate, buildable vehicle specifications. As part of a highly collaborative and technically focused team, you'll manage truck orders from initial development through delivery, analyzing quotes, sales orders, and change requests to ensure technical accuracy and alignment with customer expectations. You'll leverage advanced application tools and product data to solve complex specification challenges, support critical business processes, and help drive seamless customer experience.
