About the Role Lead the timely execution of Custom Upstream consumables deliverables with a focus on on-time drawings and commercial quotations. Based in Duncan, SC, partner with Custom Engineering, Sales, Product Management, and Manufacturing to translate customer requirements into accurate, competitive, and punctual solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Requires strong project management and technical understanding of custom consumables, with accountability across cross-functional teams. What You'll Do
- Lead a team of Custom Engineers on key initiatives and projects, ensuring accountability to meet project goals and supporting career growth.
- Support Commercial activities; act as champion and escalation point for single-use consumable designs and quotes.
