About the Role Charter Schools USA seeks a Curriculum Resource Teacher to train and support teachers on curriculum implementation, assist with curriculum implementation as directed by school leadership, and support prior week NTI/Returning Teacher Orientation; this role includes ongoing staff development, classroom visitations, data collection and reporting, and program monitoring. What You'll Do
- Develops and conducts in-service training for all teachers regarding the curriculum, researched-based instructional strategies, and best practices.
- Provides support to school administration in preparation for New Teacher Induction NTI and Returning Teacher Orientation (RTO), including approximately one week prior to start of teacher training and one week post end of school year to support close out of end-year operations.
