About this role
About the Role Epic's culinary procurement team handles sourcing for large industrial appliances, merchandising equipment, small wares, and food consumables to support a high-volume culinary operation (~12,000 meals per day). You will collaborate with chefs and cross-functional teams and build relationships with vendors, prioritizing local sourcing while balancing quality, sustainability, and cost. What You'll Do
- Manage procurement for the culinary department, including large industrial appliances, merchandising equipment, small wares, and food/consumables.
- Establish and maintain relationships with a diverse set of vendors, from local farmers to national wholesalers.
- Collaborate with chefs and stakeholders across catering, events, facilities, and accounting to forecast needs and source products that align with daily menus featuring regional, international, and seasonal offerings.
