Crypto Currency Senior Investigative Analyst

XLA is seeking a Crypto Currency Senior Investigative Analyst to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This onsite role is Monday through Friday. Candidates must possess a U.S. Secret Security Clearance to be considered. Salary is $180,000.
Responsibilities
- Conduct cryptocurrency, cybercrime, and Dark Web intelligence operations in support of investigations.
- Utilize blockchain investigative and forensic tools (e.g., Chainalysis, TRM, Elliptic, CipherTrace) to trace cryptocurrency artifacts, including scenarios involving obfuscation techniques such as mixing, chain-jumping, and privacy coins.
- Employ open-source targeting tools (e.g., IP targeting tools, Fivecast) and media scraping tools (e.g., Pipl) to identify and analyze relevant information.
