Credit Analyst
About this role
Monzo is looking for a Credit Analyst to join our Borrowing team, helping to build innovative, responsible lending products that give customers greater transparency, flexibility, and control over their money. The role supports unsecured retail lending across Personal Loans and Financial Health, focusing on developing and optimizing credit risk and pricing strategies. This position can be based in London, Cardiff, or be fully remote within the UK, with visa sponsorship available and a flexible, supportive working environment.
Responsibilities
- Work on initiatives to improve credit underwriting, boost growth and manage portfolio risk.
- Support the design and rollout of new lending strategies by identifying patterns in data and translating them into actionable insights.
- Monitor the performance of existing strategies and iterate to improve them.
